Your daily tasks:
- Installing, updating, and maintaining software and computer hardware
- Identifying and resolving issues based on the corporate knowledge base
- Creating user accounts and assigning permissions
- Remote software installation on user devices
- Supporting users through a dedicated ticketing system
- Participating in daily team meetings
- Proposing the best possible solutions and improvements
- Providing support‑related assistance
