Your daily tasks:

  • Installing, updating, and maintaining software and computer hardware
  • Identifying and resolving issues based on the corporate knowledge base
  • Creating user accounts and assigning permissions
  • Remote software installation on user devices
  • Supporting users through a dedicated ticketing system
  • Participating in daily team meetings
  • Proposing the best possible solutions and improvements
  • Providing support‑related assistance
